You might want to try one of the sqlserver groups. You can find them (in OE
at least) by just listing the newsgroups and selecting on sqlserver.

Tom,
Here is what I found out.
from MFC I am calling the manged code for connecting to SQL using
   SqlConnection *myConnection = new SqlConnection(myConnectString);
   //myConnection->Open();
When I have the open call, the "myComputer and other linux virtual folders
don't disply any folders. If I comment out the open, it works fine.
Any ideas?
Or can you point me to some other newsgroups where I can get the answer?
Thanks a lot

I've never used Samba, but my guess would be there is something goofing
up
in that area (sorry if that sounds obvious). Have you tried reinstalling
it
or checking to see if there are upgrades to the driver? I'm assuming the
folders behave the same in any Explorer window.

We are using Samba. This happens to Virtual directies ( even My
computer
has
problems - It does not show any folders in there)
Thanks

What sort of networking are you using to access Linux?

Hi
I am using CFiledialog and it displays the virtual linux folders
when
invoked from one dialog. But then the same code does not display
virtual
folders in linux when invoked from another dialog. When that
happens,
when
I
go back to the dialog where it was displaying the folders correctly
does
not
work any more. Any ideas how I can fix this?
