the local temporary directory and load it into the jvm. This native
libraries are drivers of finger reader.
When I deploy this program in the apache webserver in my computer, and
access it from other computers, the browsers don't crash. But when it
is deploied in that server, the browser crashed.
What browser? (Brand, version and OS please.)

with a particular browser (or IE), the fix is
probably as simple as launching the applet using
web start.
