I am getting applet not found error msg. on ScrollPaneApplet applet
however greetings applet loads fine using the following code.

....

  If it's

http://www.unitedcalrealty.com/scrollANDgreet.html, one reason might be
that you did not supply valid HTML. You can use the validator at
http://validator.w3.org/ to detect the errors and correct them.

I do agree that the invalid HTML could be better (shortened hear for
brevity), but it works on greetings.class calls on all html pages yet
not any call to ScrollPaneApplet.class on any of the html pages.

....

Thanks I'll check it out.

Please do more than 'check it out'. Please do as Oliver
suggested, then put up a *valid* page. It is your best
strategy at this moment, and anything else is simply
confusing the issue.

(That HTML linked is completely invalid - I am surprised
that any browser is able to correctly parse it.)
