:-( don't mind but my head is still burning!!!
I tried the same code, i posted earlier, with cpp extension and after
doing this i compiled it using CL /EHs .... It goes really cool
without a hitch!!! [thanks to you again :-)]
but i was thinking why that piece o'code didn't work with /Tc
option!!! if you know some good suggestions, pliz let me know.

C doesn't know "class" from "shinola". C doesn't do classes, C++ does. If
you want to use classes, use C++.
