Of course, it does not parse. It is not a Parser.
But it can /be parsed/.

The OED entry on ?most? contains:
most obliged
most dogged
most wretched
most obed
most interested
most collected
most couered
most favoured
most valued
most wanted
And our most beloved ISO/IEC 14882:2003(E) contains:
most derived
So a parser should accept ?most ...ed?, while some
examples of ?most ...ed? might be refused in a
subsequent phase due to missing or unknown semantics.
Google says:
about 978,000 for "most updated".
?most updated? might be colloquial use.
It might be an eclipse of the more explicit (correct?)
but more rare ?most frequently updated?.

before making a claim about English usage.
