What I have done so far is created a Visual Studio 2005 ATL project
for a Smart Device and then added an ATL Class to the project. This
compiles fine and is able to be loaded in Pocket IE. I have been
combing the internet for a couple days trying to find out how I can
link/load the external DLL into my project and then call its functions
but havn't been able to figure out much.
Your DLL should have come with a LIB file - an import library. Add this
library to the list at Project | Properties | Linker | Input |
Additional Dependencies
If all of this is possible based on my above requirements, where might
I look to learn how to create the activex control.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine. However, this is not
necessarily a good idea. It is hard to be sure where they are going to
land, and it could be dangerous sitting under them as they fly
overhead. -- RFC 1925
